Just in time for summer, Kim Kardashian has released a long awaited swim line under her shapewear brand Skims. The predominantly shapewear and loungewear brand announced its new collection earlier this month and it resulted in lines out the door this past weekend in Miami, Florida.
Kardashian sisters and former Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality TV stars, Kim and Khloé arrived for the anticipated drop. Kim sported a metallic bikini top with matching pants and a pair of oversized glasses. Khloé arrived in a blue Mugler mini dress with mesh cut-outs and a bikini illusion up top.
The event conistsed of a pop-up shop (which will be open for a few days), followed by a more intimate dinner at restaurant, Swan, to celebrate the new launch.
Also in attendance were Candice Swanepoel, Naomi Osaka, Karolina Kurkova, and familiar face Malika Haqq.

When asked to describe the Skims collection in three words, Kim answered “Comfortable, versatile, and flattering.” Her goal for the collection was “to take away the anxiety of buying and wearing swimwear by providing a wide range of solutions for all tastes” and “to make it as easy as possible to build your own look.”

The nearly sold out collection consists of 19 mix-and-match pieces. All are available in seven different colors, including the brands basic shades plus cobalt and periwinkle. Pieces run in sizes XXS-4X, ranging from $32 to $108.
