Fashion’s favorite season is here. Leather, layers, boots, oh my! After over a year of virtual fashion shows and online shopping, I know we are all amped to walk into our favorite stores and take in the newest fall collections right in front of us. Get ready for everything from neutrals to in-your-face pops of color. These pieces will give you all and more of what you are craving this season. Fit for any occasion, fall staples like the blazer and trousers have endless styling possibilities.

#5: Vest Tops

Waistcoats are the perfect opportunity to add an extra layer into your fall look. Cropped to slouchy, you can’t go wrong with the must-have. Try it over a button-up and top it with a puffer, cardigan or my next favorite fall piece: an oversized trench coat.

#4: Oversized Blazers and Trenches

These are some of the most versatile pieces all year round. There are endless possibilities with a trench or blazer. Use one to dress any outfit up or pair with jeans and a plain tee for a casual but classy look. Leather is a great option for the fall and pairing with leather pants or knee high boots adds a cohesive touch.

#3: Monochrome

Monochromatic looks become so much more versatile when layering is an option. I love to take advantage of the colder weather to put together as many pieces as possible. It’s easy sticking to neutral colors for fall, but don’t be afraid to add in a royal blue or diluted reds, greens or purples.

Black and brown boots are always a stylish choice for the fall, but a reoccurring trend lately have been adding a pop of color to a simple outfit. Whether a pump or kitten heel or statement boot, shoes are a great place for your outfit to stand out.

Trousers are the most essential piece of a fall wardrobe. They’re easy to make work for any occasion, laid-back or formal. One of my go-to tricks is pairing trousers with a slightly off-tone monochrome top (perfect time to take out that blazer!).
